There is a comfortable lounge suite in the sun room with a table tennis table. The downstairs area also has a second TV lounge as well as a kitchen lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with a seperate scullery with walk in fridge and a separate laundry room. The downstairs area has a guest toilet. There is DSTV in the TV lounge and the sun room is equipped with a sound system. There is a covered terrace in the garden with a huge table perfect for al fresco dining as well as a large comfortable L shaped cane couch.
