Location perfect and the apartment good enough for our very short visit BUT (big but): 1)Rota is cold in winter and there is insufficient supply of covers and blankets for all 6 (we were a group of six, 4 of them in the 90s); 2) no supplies of bath towels for 6 (just for 2) and no supply at all of soap, champoo...We asked the property manager for these items and it took 24 h for them to bring them; and 3) only one set of keys, which was not a problem in our case because we moved together all the time, but has to be offered in case groups are more heterogenous. We were informed by the property manager that the owner is new in the business; well...he better catch up soon.
