Newham House boasts a clean modern kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Here you can make use of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Also sharing this space is the dining area which features a breakfast bar with space for 4 guests. On the ground floor there is a wc for convenience.
The staircase leading you to the first floor is home to two bedrooms & the main bathroom.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed decked out in plush bedding and premium bed linens & room darkening curtains to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. The bed can be split into 2 singles should you require.
The second bedroom has a roomy double bed offering a relaxing night's sleep amongst a cosy colour scheme. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, as well as drawers so you’ll have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The main contemporary bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, basin & wc.
To the rear is a private garden for guests to use. Guests can park on the private driveway as there is space for one car.
The property is in perfect proximity to transport links such as the A19 making it easy to access all of the North East.
