Achtung ! Gebuchte Wohnung war Betrug

Wir hatten gar keinen Aufenthalt, da die Wohnung einem anderen als dem bei der Buchung kontaktierten Vermieter gehörte und bereits vermietet war ! Hier liegt Betrug vor, offensichtlich hat ein Betrüger die Wohnung als seine eigene Wohnung ausgegeben und vermietet. Ganz toll, wenn man abends mit Familie und vollem Auto in einer fremden Stadt ankommt und die gebuchte Wohnung nicht beziehbar ist ! Die Reklamation bei FeWo-Direkt läuft, leider bisher ohne Ergebnis. Der Service von FeWo-Direkt, um eine Rückerstattung für die gebuchte, aber nicht erhaltene Leistung zu bekommen, war bisher sehr zäh und ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.
