This once-traditional holiday home is gradually being completely renovated by the owners, creating an entirely new vacation retreat. In addition to the two traditional bedrooms in the main house of 51 m2, the 30 m2 NEW large annex has 3 modern, spacious, and bright bedrooms with underfloor heating.

Located on the picturesque Baltic island of Lolland, you can also take great trips to child-friendly beaches, lively cities, and interesting sights. There are also 4 bicycles freely available at the house, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful scenery directly in the fresh air. Note that the bicycles are not checked regularly.

On the fenced property, you'll find a large bonfire place, a motorically challenging obstacle course in the trees, as well as a zipline and much more. On the holiday property's grounds, little holidaymakers will find plenty of space to run around, and since the property is fenced, explorers and curious four-legged friends can easily be stopped, even during the holiday. The long obstacle course represents a special challenge for motor skills, and the young ones can also let off steam on the large trampoline. This means that older guests can relax on the 2 partially covered terraces while barbecuing, sunbathing, and just unwinding. For more privacy, one of the terraces also has a retractable side awning, and you can also spend lovely hours indoors in front of the fireplace.

For your personal wellness program in the fresh air, there's also a soothing outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people on the large terrace, built in the spring of 2023, ensuring plenty of relaxation (electricity and water for the spa are free). The property also offers good opportunities for both young and old holidaymakers to have fun. For example, with a zipline at the back of the garden. If you bring an electric car, it can be charged via a type 2 plug that you need to bring yourself; the charger can provide up to 11 KW.

Outdoor cozy evenings by the crackling fire and inside, holidaymakers are greeted with a cozy atmosphere, primarily created through the use of wooden walls in warm tones combined with modern decor and attractive furnishings. The combined living and dining area represents the renovated holiday home's central meeting point and invites with its sofa corner and TV to cozy hours with a good book or an entertaining movie, and together, you can sit at the extendable dining table.

After the renovation, the two bedrooms in the main house are well-maintained and invite to sweet dreams after extensive explorations. In the main house, there's a double bed in one room, while the other room has a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.

Please note: In the displayed rental prices, the occupancy is a maximum of 5 holidaymakers; each additional holidaymaker will be charged EUR 20 per week.
