The space
The 19sqm loft-apartment is built on two levels, it is fully renovated and sleeps 2 guests. It is located within Thessaloniki city centre, with an abundance of amenities nearby, all accessible on foot.
The sleeping area is situated on a low-ceiling loft, only 1 metre in height, from floor to ceiling. The distance from the mattress surface to the ceiling is 75 cm.
The apartment features all brand new furniture, mattress and electrical appliances.
The apartment is located on ground floor and has its own private entrance, a huge advantage if you wish to avoid communal building entrances.
The modern kitchen features an electric oven with cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and is equipped with kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.
There is a bar type stand with 2 stools.
The living room features a large sofa and a 42’’ smart TV.
There is a modern bathroom with shower.
A private washing machine with dryer is available within the apartment.
Free, unlimited WIFI internet is provided.
The air-conditioning unit cools/heats the whole apartment sufficiently.
Free street parking in the area is not too difficult to find.
All amenities are within an easy walk.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited at this apartment.
