On the fifth floor (with lift) of an attractive, alpine-style condominium, this split-level apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It is stylishly decorated and the owners have taken great care in making sure that their guests are as comfortable as possible. It makes both a relaxing and exciting base for alpine adventures at any time of year.

The apartment’s corner living area offers magnificent, 180º mountain views and is furnished with a sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV. On both sides of the room, there are French windows leading out to large terraces where guests can admire the stunning scenery. At the other end of the room is the dining area, with a table and chairs. Here too there are glass doors leading out to another balcony. Next to this is an open-plan kitchen. The fitted kitchen is just off the main living area and is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette, fondue, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, extensive wardrobe storage, a flat-screen TV and a glass door leading out to a private balcony.
Bedroom 2: The cosy second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. Both have glass box showers, a basin and WC. One bathroom also has a bidet.

Location
The apartment is in the heart of the resort of Sauze d’Oulx which is a popular holiday destination at any time of year.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. The apartment is just a 4-minute drive from the Sportinia chairlift, which links up with the extensive skiing network, and 10 minutes from the Clotes facilities. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a supermarket and other smaller shops selling local delicacies.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
