Set back from the beautiful Gulf of Marinella, this airy apartment makes an excellent base for a relaxing holiday. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is part of a traditional-style development with a large shared pool.
The layout of the house encourages outdoor living with its lovely terrace and a pretty private garden. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for meals al fresco. Glass doors lead from the terrace into the open-plan living area. The indoor living room is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette, to the side of the living area, is equipped with a cooker hob and fridge/freezer. Next to this is a dining table and chairs.
The house is part of a complex that has a large swimming pool, with breathtaking views over the sea below.

Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The property is just a 5-minute walk from Marinella Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. Surfboards, canoes and dinghies can be rented at Marinella, so it is an ideal beach for families looking for active fun. The nearby resort of Golfo Aranci (10 minutes) is blessed with many excellent restaurants and a lively marina for boat-spotting and evening walks.
Alternatively, in Olbia (20 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (15 minutes). Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti.
Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. The port in Golfo Aranci has a ferry service to Livorno in Tuscany. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
