The house, very welcoming and furnished with great attention to detail, conveys a sense of luxury, exclusivity, and respect. Upon entering the residence, you can immediately appreciate the living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a 50" flat-screen smart TV, where you can enjoy watching a movie with Netflix or YouTube. The kitchen, on the other hand, has a unique, refined, and distinctive style, furnished with modern furniture and equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, and various utensils. You'll also find a modern wooden table for family meals or smart-working, thanks to the super-fast free Wi-Fi connection.

The bedroom, unique in its style, features a large wardrobe with hangers for convenient and practical clothing storage. For a perfect and restful night's sleep after a day of relaxation and fun, the bedroom has a very comfortable mattress.
The delightful bathroom is enriched with high-quality finishes that create a play of colors and shapes. It is equipped with all the necessary comforts, a spacious shower, sink, and a designated space to store personal items, a hairdryer, towels, and a washing machine.

We are located in Genoa, just a few steps from the historic center. In the area, you can find all kinds of services: supermarkets, banks, gas stations, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. Pets are allowed in the property and are welcome, with a soft mat, food bowls, and a scratching post provided. Upon request, a crib/child's bed is available. Smoking is not allowed in the residence.

The property offers a self-check-in system that ensures complete autonomy for guests upon arrival, starting from 3:00 PM, as well as check-out by 10:00 AM. Our support team will be at your disposal 7 days a week, except during nighttime hours.
