Le Pitte 2 is a portion of a typical Tuscan farmhouse completely renovated; it is a single room of 30 sqm - sleeping area with double bed and living area with kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, garden, wi-fi, parking, barbecue. The outdoor space of the apartment is furnished with table, chairs and armchairs for relaxation.

It is located on a small hill about 1 km from the sea and Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, the view is of Capoliveri, Golfo Stella, Monte Capanne. The 'apartment is a studio of 40 square meters - very cozy, spacious and bright, well furnished and equipped. The sleeping area is separated from the living area with curtains: two large French windows overlook the garden, from where you can admire a glimpse of the Elban countryside with the Stella Gulf, Margidore and Monte Capanne.
