This lovely holiday home is located on a peaceful natural plot just a few meters from the sea and close to the forest - the perfect place for a family holiday filled with presence, fun and relaxation. The house is well-furnished and divided into three sections, which provides a bright and pleasant atmosphere and plenty of space for the whole family. In one section you will find two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a cozy dining area and living room. The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV, wood-burning stove, stereo system and fast internet connection via fiber. From here there is direct access to a large, open terrace - perfect for summer meals and relaxation in the sun. One of the house's great highlights is the beautiful pool area, which is connected to the living room. This makes it easy to keep an eye on the children while they swim and play. In the pool room you will also find a hot tub, sauna, underfloor heating and direct access to the terrace - all of which help to create the perfect wellness experience for the whole family. There is plenty of space outdoors for games and activities. Children can have fun with swings and toys, while adults enjoy nature or a good book in the sun. There is plenty of opportunity for games, fun and socializing – regardless of the weather or season. The summer house is also located close to the charming town of Ebeltoft, where you can experience cozy streets, exciting attractions and local specialties. Note : The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
