Changeover day in 2022 is Sunday. - Cozy cottage on large dune plot, modernized in 2013. Behind the house, a staircase leads up to the high dune, where you can sit with your coffee or a cool glass of wine and enjoy the magnificent views of the North Sea and Esbjerg in the background. Lovely terraces with shelter from the wind and with the possibility of sun. Nice new well-equipped kitchen from 2013 with dishwasher and microwave and nice new bathroom with underfloor heating. Washing machine. Open access to the cozy living room with heat pump and wood stove, which is extended by 6 m2 and with new wooden floor from 2017. 3 bedrooms. NB. THE BEDROOM IS ONLY 180CM LONG. Free final cleaning.
