Das Haus selbst war ganz ok. Es sollten 15 Personen sein, aber das ist sehr optimistisch. Für die Endreinigung fallen hohe Kosten an und bei der Ankunft war das Haus regelrecht dreckig. Der Kundenservice des dänischen Belvilla-Partners ist schwer zu erreichen und auf eine Beschwerde-E-Mail wurde einfach nicht reagiert.
