Features to add to the description: the house is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, free parking, a beautiful veranda with barbecue and outdoor shower, a table with 10 seats, a bench with padded cushion, on the ground floor the living area with a brand new sofa, dining table 4 places, kitchen with kettle, microwave oven, small bathroom with washing machine, mosquito nets in the doors. All rooms are equipped with a fan with blades with inverter system, both cold or hot air, with the possibility of changing the tones of the light.
The shuttle passes near the house which takes you directly to the beaches, both to the wonderful Pelosa beach and to the other free beaches. Very close to the supermarket and the village of Stintino. You can go on excursions to the Asinara park from the nearby port.
