City Flat Rafaella 6 is a modern and spacious apartment located in Aglatzia area very close to the city center.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with access via lift or staircase. It consists of an open plan area featuring a living room with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a 43 inch smart tv, a dining area, and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may require to prepare, store and cook your meals or enjoy your coffee and tea. Down the corridor after the kitchen is the main bathroom with a bathtub and a shower head and the two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen size bed as well as ensuite bathroom. The apartment provides free wifi through out. Free street parking is also available. Many restaurants and coffee shops are available within walking distance and you can easily visit Nicosia city center for shopping which is only 4.2km away.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
