Villa Olivar has a garden with a private swimming pool, an outdoor barbecue, a sunbathing area and a chill out area with two tables and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal. There is also enough space to park the car both inside and outside the house.
The house has 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and two with two single beds each. A full bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine on the ground floor. Another bathroom with shower on the first floor. Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils such as paellas and pots and pans. Living/dining room with TV.

In the commercial area of Las Tres Calas you will find restaurants, bar-cafeterias, a bakery and a pharmacy. There is also a supermarket at the entrance of the Urbanisation. At 4km there is a Mercadona supermarket at the entrance of the village of L'Ametlla de Mar, where you will also find many other services and good restaurants.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA
In the urbanisation you can move around on foot, by car, bicycle, etc. By these means of transport you can easily get from the village to the beach and to the commercial centre of the urbanisation where you will find three bars-restaurants, a chemist's, a supermarket and different shops.
