Brand new apartment in the historic center of Portoferraio

Four-room apartment for 6 people (95 m2)
The apartment is located on the slightly raised ground floor, arranged all on one floor, free on 3 sides, in a historic building in the centre, and has been renovated maintaining its charm. It consists of a large living area with exposed beams, 40" wall-mounted television and 3-seater sofa and armchair, master double bedroom with a ceiling fresco from the 1920s (new liberty spring), second double bedroom and bedroom with 2 bunk beds.Double bathroom with shower box.The house does not have a private parking space, but there are public paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity.

Important Notes:
- the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to notify any guests present in the structure in advance
- groups of teenagers under the age of 21 are not admitted
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
