The cottage offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed, accommodating up to six people. The family bathroom includes a jacuzzi bath, shower and heated towel rail, with an additional ground floor WC for convenience.

The spacious kitchen/dining area showcases a superb range gas cooker with electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. With seating for up to 6 people and highchair if required. French doors lead from here onto the rear garden and hot tub. A utility room includes a washing machine, freezer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and additional sink.

After a day out exploring, settle down for the evening in the living room with 40-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating, cosy log burner and French doors leading out to the rear of the property. Can't all decide on what to watch, that's not a problem as the property features a second entertainment room with sofa seating, Pool Table, games, books, a log burner plus additional 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and TV apps.

Situated a stone’s throw away from a working farm, Ty Nant has a large, enclosed garden, private hot tub, outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ and seating on front and rear patios. Relax in your own private grounds next to a stream with a haven of wildlife, where you might spot the local otters, kingfishers and herons.
