Tolle Lage und Ausstattung

Wir waren für eine Woche mit drei Personen in Aarhus. Die Lage des Objektes ist optimal. Einkaufen, Kultur, Spazierengehen - alles direkt möglich. Ebenso tolle Ausstattung. Etwas unklar und für uns nicht ersichtlich: es gibt außer zum WC keine Tür in dem Haus, so dass die Schlafzimmer offen waren. Die einzige Tür ist nachts so laut am Quietschen, dass alle im Haus wach werden. Anmerkung zur Parkplatzsituation: Wir durften unseren PKW für 100 (!) EUR Miete auf einem Stellplatz abstellen, der dem Vermieter gehört bzw. von diesem gemietet ist. Das haben wir schon als sehr teuer empfunden, auch wenn diese Information im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde. Insgesamt: klare Empfehlung zur Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit mit kleineren Einschränkungen.

Ein inspirierender Wohlfühlort

Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Teenagern (15 und 17), durften eine Woche unserer Sommerferien in diesem tollen Stadthaus verbringen. Die Lage des Hauses könnte besser nicht sein. Das Haus verfügt über viel Platz, helle offene Räume und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Inspirierend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen. Frische Schnittblumen standen an mehreren Orten, frisches Obst lag verzehrbereit in Schalen.

The over-the-top reviews of this townhouse from prior travelers had our expectations already very high, and yet we were still blown away. The hygge-factor for this place is off the charts. From the abundant plants and flowers to the comfortable furniture, to the super cleanliness of every surface, to the historicity of the building and surrounding neighborhood, it really is a very special place.
