About this property

Villa located in the estate of Aigua Gelida, 1'5 Km from the beach of Tamariu, in a very quiet area surrounded by pine trees. Nice property with a fabolous sea wievs.
The house have a living-dining room with access to a large terrace with a beatiful panoramic sea view. On the same floor we find a fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the same terrace, a room with a bunk bed and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor we have a double room with access to a terrace, a second double room and two bathrooms. Parking area. Washing machine. Capacity: 5/6 people.
