Casa Pura Vida - Fantastic house Center Ayamonte

Costa-Rental S.L. welcomes you to our Casa Pura Vida - Fantastic 3 Bed Townhouse in Ayamonte Center.

It doesn't matter whether you are a couple, a family or on business, as a self-catering house, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

We enter the house and a corridor leads us to the living room with all the comfort you need. It has TV and Wifi for your entertainment. In the same living room we have one of the double beds.

The house has a capacity for up to 6 guests. There are two bedrooms with 1 double bed each, in addition to the double bed in the living room. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and a toilet in the patio.

We go through to the dining room which is directly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need including fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and cooking utensils. From the kitchen you can also access the courtyard full of plants and a small corner with table and chairs.

The patio leads to the impressive roof terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and even a barbecue with smoke oven. Ideal for an outdoor lunch or dinner. The roof terrace, apart from being very well kept, has beautiful views over Ayamonte, the Guadiana river and the Canela beach in the distance. The awning provides shade, making your stay in summer more pleasant.

All windows with mosquito nets. Fans available in the house. Very bright. In the centre of town, walking distance to everything.

Only 10 min drive to the beach of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral. Also, more or less same distance, you can choose between the beaches of our bordering country Portugal.

Faro airport is about 45 minutes away and Seville airport is 1.30 hours away.

House Rules:
- No parties or events are allowed
- No groups of young people under 25 years
- Check in from 3pm and check out until 10am
- No smoking allowed
- No pets allowed
- Bed linen and towels are provided. No beach towels.
- A deposit of 300€ in cash on arrival is required and will be returned, in cash, on departure day after check out.
