Magnificent garden with a large heated pool, a jacuzzi and several terraces to enjoy meals and drinks oustide.
The main Belle Epoque house of 350sqm is offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, double sitting room, dressing, laundry, and hall.
The guest house of 170sqm is offering 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, a dining room and a living room opening onto the terrace with a heated Jacuzzi.
Both houses have air-conditionning through out.
Outside areas have sunbeds, professionnal BBQ's, tables and chairs, sofas and a Sonos entertainment system to listen to the music inside and outside.
4 cars can be parked inside the property.
