It is 700 meters from the old town centre of Porec, and 600 meters from the beach with sports and entertainment. In front of the house, inside the yard, there is a private car park. The facility offers the possibility of renting a bicycle (for an additional fee). On the first floor of the house there is an apartment with two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to five (5) people, and the fifth person can sleep on an extra bed, which is suitable for children up to twelve (12) years old. The apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortably equipped living room with two sofas and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
