As you ascend a small flight of stone steps from the street, you’ll be greeted by a hallway adorned with original artwork. To the right, a door leads to the inviting dining area featuring a charming table and chairs, seamlessly connecting to the lounge through sliding doors. The lounge is a cosy haven with a delightful window seat offering enchanting views, a perfect spot for immersing yourself. An impressive wood-burning stove and stone fireplace serve as the focal point. Here, you’ll find a twin sofa and a reclining chair, perfect for unwinding. The galley-style kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a Delonghi coffee machine. Stepping through the kitchen door you’ll discover a communal garden area with steps leading up to a private and delightful patioed seating area, an ideal spot for relaxation and al fresco dining.
Return inside and ascend the stairs to the first-floor level. The staircase to the first floor is quite steep with a low ceiling at the top. This is where the family bathroom awaits with a shower cubicle and a bath for relaxing soaks. The washing machine and tumble drier are housed here too. The first bedroom features twin beds, while the second offers a super king-size bed with the flexibility of a zip and link feature, showcasing captivating harbour views and a feature fireplace.

Polruan was built into a hillside, so quite steep and unsuitable for vehicles which lends to its charm.
