It features 3 bedrooms (1 double room, 1 single room, and a triple room serving as a living and bedroom). The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in a home kitchen and has a "GoogleHome" music system with Spotify. The living room serves as a combined living and sleeping area. The sofa bed also offers 1 additional sleeping option. From the kitchen, you step out onto the terrace with a view of the garden and partial lake view, with seating for up to 6 guests. This area serves as a smoking and relaxation area. In the living room, there is a TV with a hard drive for movies.

The house by the lake is located on the edge of the Auenwald, right by the Saale cycling and hiking trail, which separates us from the 'Saale' river.

It's only about a 5-minute drive to the A14 and A36 highways.

The Leipzig/Halle Airport is 65 km away from us.

For shopping, it's about a 3 km drive to the bakery, Lidl, or Penny.

The nearest restaurant, Märchengarten, is 1.5 km away and is not only a popular destination for the little ones in the summer. From there, the park train takes visitors to the zoo, 2.5 km away, which is worth a visit even in winter.

Our city center is also worth seeing, with many shops and restaurants, a castle, a theater, and the floral clock.

Bernburg offers its visitors a large outdoor pool in summer and an indoor pool in winter.
In summer, a steamboat ride with the Saalefee is a special highlight. Here, you can admire the beauty of the Saale riverbank.
