The Villa has a size of 127sqm and features two floors. It offers a beautiful exterior area, where guests can enjoy a crystal-clear outdoor pool with views of the sea, mountain, and the surrounding landscaped area. A furnished veranda, outdoor shower, and private parking space are also facilitated.

As you step onto the ground floor, you'll find a modern and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area, designed for your comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen boasts essential amenities, including a fridge, stovetop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee machine. A beautifully appointed bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom is located on the same level. This bedroom also opens up to the main furnished veranda with a captivating view of the pool. For guests' convenience, a WC is also facilitated.

Moving to the first floor, you'll discover two more elegant bedrooms. One offers a double bed with an en suite bathroom and the second bedroom provides two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed. Both have an en suite walk-in shower and furnished veranda for unlimited relaxation.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with the option of adding a baby cot free of charge upon request and availability (suitable for a child up to two years old).
