Welcome to this beautiful villa with a sea view that is only about 80 meters from the fine sandy beach along Sweden's southern coast.

This accommodation has two floors and is divided into 2 bedrooms with a King size double bed in each and in the library there is also a sofa bed for 1 person. 2 separate toilets and 2 separate showers. Large and well-equipped kitchen for lovely dinners, large glazed and furnished terrace and also outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large spacious garden that gives a lovely feeling of nature with sand forest.

To see and do in Beddingestrand and the surrounding area
The Beddingestrand beach is a child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water and a jetty. In the area there are also ice cream kiosks, camping, tennis courts and mini golf.
Several restaurants, pizzerias and cafes are offered in Beddingestrand and in the surrounding area.
For those who are interested in golf, Beddinge Golfklubb is only 1000 m from the property.
Beddingestrand is a good starting point for those of you who also want to see a little more of Österlen. From here, you can easily get to the majority of fun and interesting places by car. There is a bus connection approx. 150 m from the accommodation for those of you who want to take the bus to Ystad or Trelleborg.
In Österlen, there are many excursions to do with the family, perhaps a visit to Ales stenar, Glimmingehus, Stenshuvuds National Park or a full day for the whole family at Tosselilla summerland.
