Welcome to this wonderful place, a fantastic and stylish house with tasteful decor that has all the comforts. All this together with a large terrace with several dining areas where you like to spend the day and enjoy the sunsets, conservatory facing the lake for cozy dinners, close to swimming in the lake either from the common jetty or the beach right next door. The house welcomes you warmly with its open floor plan and a nice view of Lake Åsunden. The house is nestled in rural charm with proximity to experiences, areas with nice restaurants and other activities. You are welcomed with a large terrace around the house and the entrance is at the back where you park the car. You enter a bright entrance, you are greeted by an open kitchen combined with a dining area and living room in a row with a wood burning stove, the surface is open and bright with large windows and a patio door that leads you out onto the terrace towards the lake. Along the bright hall are the three bedrooms with double beds and a lake view. In one of the bedrooms, a TV screen is placed but no channels. Two bathrooms, one with wc/sink and shower and just recently renovated. The larger bathroom has a very good standard with bath, shower, WC, washing machine and dryer. On the terrace, there is plenty of outdoor furniture, dining groups, barbecue, toys and a social area. The conservatory also has a view of the lake, wonderful to sit in the evenings under cover and enjoy the summer evenings. 130 meters below the house there is a bathing jetty that is shared with the neighbours, here you can take a dip or try your luck at fishing. 500 meters away is a fantastic beach. The advantages of this house are many, the area is quiet and rural with several nice bathing opportunities nearby. Rimforsa has a good grocery store close by, there is mini golf, commercial garden, paddle course and nice restaurants with scenic surroundings. Worth a visit is Rimforsa beach, and Storgården why not try their fantastic tasting menu. There is a fantastic promenade around lake Åsunden with many beautiful places and bathing cliffs. There is something to do for everyone when you plan your excursion destinations both in the nearby area or if you go into the city of Linköping 40 km away. There you can visit the air force museum, Old Linköping in the city quarter Valla, good shopping in the city and good food. For the cultural, one likes to visit the cathedral and the castle at Borggården. 10 km northwest of Linköping is the lock area known as Bergs slussar, the Göta canal's largest lock staircase. You come here to see boats closing the locks, eat good ice cream, rent a bike or take a cooling bath. 13 kilometers away is Trollegater Nature Reserve, a well-visited place suitable for everyone in the family. Trollegater is one of Sweden's largest ancient rock caves. It is 55 kilometers to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby and 110 kilometers to Kolmården's zoo in Norrköping. For those who play golf, the Vesterby golf course is 20 minutes away by car. A warm welcome to a beautiful house with a panoramic view of the lake.
