Immersed in the beautiful and quiet bay 40 km south of Olbia, Villa Gerbera is a marvellous, modern villa located in the splendid property complex of the Tavolara marine protected area at Capo Coda Cavallo .

Surrounded by a large flower garden, it enjoys a breathtaking view of the beach of Salina Bamba. The private beach is connected via an independent access connecting Villa Gerbera. This property is divided into two flats with independent access, joined by a splendid covered terrace with all amenities.

The outdoor area enjoys good privacy for guests and consists of an oval swimming pool, a barbecue, a shower and a lounge area. Both areas of the villa include a living area and an open plan kitchen, bright and furnished in typical Sardinian style.

The first floor of the left wing of the property has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a service bathroom. On the lower floor there is also a second fully furnished living area with kitchen. There is also a separate entrance through which it is possible to reach the pool area via an external staircase. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The right wing of Villa Gerbera, a marvellous villa for rent in Capo coda Cavallo, consists of a bright, furnished, open-plan living area and kitchen that overlooks the terrace, which joins the two flats. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom overlooking the flower garden. On the lower floor is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Villa Gerbera has a laundry room, covered garage and outdoor parking.
