A former marble warehouse which has been stylishly converted into modern apartments with a Thames riverside location.
The apartment boasts a bright open plan kitchen and living area, two bedrooms with one en suite bathroom and one master bath. The fully fitted Metris Kitchen is complete with Miele appliances including an integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, full height fridge freezer, oven, hob and integrated extractor fan as well as a wine cooler. The bathrooms comprise of full bathroom suites. The bedrooms boast bespoke mirrored wardrobes and automatic lighting. Further benefits of the apartment include a Crestron audio visual system and digital video door entry system.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
-Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.
-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.

The Neighborhood:
Palace Wharf was built in 1907, replacing a malt house. An extension facing Rainville Road was added in 1933. For many years the wharf was the “Rathbone Works” of fibrous plaster firm, George Jackson & Sons, founded in Rathbone Place off Oxford Street in the early 19th century. Jacksons’ made the new plasterwork for Hammersmith’s rebuilt Lyric Theatre. Prior to the Second World War, Jackson's moved from their original home in the West End to Hammersmith, keeping the Rathbone name for their spacious new premises.
