This charming holiday house, nestled in a quiet dead-end street, boasts a total living space of 110 sqm. It features a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a scullery with a washing machine, and three comfortable bedrooms. Additionally, there are two separate toilets, a cloakroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a shower room. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan for added comfort.

The house is set on a 2,790 sqm property with a spacious 43 sqm terrace on the ground floor, providing a delightful dining space. The private pool, measuring 9mx4m with depths ranging from 1.1m to 2m, is safely secured by a pool alarm. Accessible via stairs, an indoor staircase, or large steps next to the house, the pool area includes a charming gazebo with a round table and six chairs. A ping-pong table is also available for entertainment.

Given the varying terrain levels, it is important to keep a close eye on small children to ensure their safety.
