It is stunning property with 250 square feet area accommodate 3 guests en- suite Double bed room with King size sofa bed in immaculate condition en-suite WC. Independent entrance and jacuzzi in garden, free Wifi and free parking for one car at premises. Location is a key feature just 5-15 minutes walking distance to City Centre, Central Train Station, Cruise Terminals, Coach Station, Solent University, Mayflower Theatre and West Quay shopping centre with its many restaurants, bars and Cinema. A short 10 minutes drive to Southampton University, General hospital and to the Beautiful New Forest with its many cosy country pubs like the New Forest Inn in Ashurst with great bus links. There are lots of takeaways near by, guests can cook light food in shared kitchen with one member of Host. Please inform if you are bringing car to make some arrangements. Guest are liable to compensate for the cost of any damage caused to the property and its contents due to any negligence. Property does not have any facilities to accommodate infants and children but accompanying children are sole responsibility of the guest
