Newly refurbished in a tranquil, residential area, the studio, a converted container house, has an open-plan kitchen/living area, and exterior dining, giving this space a comfortable, homey feel. It has a seperate bedroom with a double bed, with heacy curtains to ensure a good night´s sleep. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy your own private patio, as well as a shared sun terrace and hot tub - perfect for a relaxing stay! Fast internet connection also makes this perfect for remote working. Only 50m to the beach, with bars and restaurants on the doorstep, and a 20-minute walk to the bustling Puerto Banus or San Pedro.

I am from Ireland but have been living in San Pedro since 2001. Although a teacher by profession, I began my vacation rentals journey in 2019 when my husband and I bought the property to renovate and remodel it. When we go on holiday we prefer vaction rentals over hotels, as we like to have a bit more space and the feeling of home-away-from-home. That is what we have recreated here at our own property and we wish our guests a great holiday in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Why they chose this property
We love life here as the Costa del Sol has such a varied demographic - it is never dull, and neither (or rarely) is the weather. I am an avid outdoors person, so the proximity to the beach and promenade is what drew me to this area day one.
Many of our guests actually come here for this reason and make the gym and beach yoga a part of their holiday. Many others come for the proximity to Puerto Banus, literally in walking distance. Whatever you like on holiday, our location is perfect for it!
