"Boutique room in Turin" is an OPEN SPACE apartment completely renovated and modern, located in the Santa Rita area, a 12-minute walk from the Olympic Stadium, Pala Alpitour (Inalpi Arena), and a 23-minute bus ride from LingottoFiere, which host most of the sports, artistic, and trade fair events in the city of Turin. Furthermore, the strategic location allows easy access to the center of Turin thanks to the nearby connections with the main bus and metro lines.

SPACE
Despite its modest size, the apartment is very complete and elegant thanks to modern furnishings and an interesting play of lights and grays that combine with the beautiful parquet floor. The accommodation consists of a bright living room with kitchen, a single/double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a small terrace.

SLEEPING AREA
Upon entering the apartment, naturally illuminated by two large PVC windows, we find: a comfortable bed with a soft white headboard, a spacious chest of drawers with multiple compartments to store personal belongings and clothes.

LIVING AREA
The modern linear kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, and freezer, allowing guests to comfortably cook as if they were at home. Completing the space in the center of the room is a beautiful dining table with chairs where you can enjoy meals while watching a nice movie on our Smart TV with access to major streaming platforms.

BATHROOM
The bathroom, with a window and bright, expresses elegance in its minimal style. A distinctive touch is provided by the backlit mirror, which not only provides soft lighting but also emphasizes the modernity of the environment. The furnishings include a washbasin with double drawers, a vertical cabinet, a large shower cubicle, and sanitary fixtures.
