This house is a great space with lounge and kitchen and good amenities, with great wifi. There is a back patio area, front garden and free street parking (excluding 12pm and 2pm).

The house is a typical 2 up 2 down, as you enter your own front door there are stairs leading to the main bedroom on the right with second bedroom on the left. Both rooms have ample space with double beds, wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.

Downstairs to the right of the front door is a cozy lounge with a sofa bed and armchair, and coffee table. There is a lovely gas fire. The TV gives you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and the Disney Channel.

On the left is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, with an extendable dinning table. Following onto the bathroom with comfortable bath, shower, toilet and sink.

Off the kitchen is your own backdoor which leads to the outside garden/patio with pond, where you can chill and sit, it is very private. Also, the house has a lovely small front garden. A pretty and pleasant cottage garden in summer.

Brockwell Park is nearby for exercising and walking, with a Sunday market in Herne Hill, with stalls selling local produce.
There is free street parking (excluding 12pm and 2pm) with adjoining street offering an alternative or pre planned permits if needed.

Brixton is on the Victoria line underground 10 minutes to Central London and servicing all of London, brilliant transport links. It’s the first of the line, so you can always get a seat into the center! The house itself is a 15 minutes’ walk to the underground, or 5 mins on the buses which run every 2 mins up Brixton Hill. The bus stop is 3 mins walk from the house.
