Our home features a bright and welcoming open plan ground floor which is home to a living area, kitchen & dining area. The living room that has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen smart TV, creating an excellent place to unwind with your party.

Bourneveille House boasts a clean modern white kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Here you can make use of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The dining table has space for 4 guests. On the ground floor there is a wc for convenience.

The staircase leading you to the first floor is home to two bedrooms & the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed decked out in plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.

The second bedroom has a snug single bed offering a relaxing night's sleep amongst a cosy colour scheme. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, as well as drawers so you’ll have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The main contemporary bathroom includes a walk in shower, basin & wc.
Guests can park in the private allocated space to the front of the property. Our home boasts free WiFi throughout.

North Tees Hospital is just a 4 minute drive away from Bourneville House.

The property is close to neighbouring towns such as Middlesbrough & Darlington.
