Welcome to my lovely, modern apartment - the perfect base for Madrid. Located in vibrant Tirso de Molina, you’ll be within very quick and easy reach of Central Madrid. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are less than a 10-minute walk away and the nearest tube is only 2 minutes walk away. You couldn’t be better located!

My street-level loft apartment, is spacious and relaxing, the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring or working - Madrid style! With heating and air conditioning, beautiful wooden ceilings, a very well-equipped kitchen and essential amenities such as an iron, hair dryer and a microwave, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient trip to bustling Madrid!

The living area is light with a modern design, discrete finishing touches and a great atmosphere. There is a large couch and a flat screen TV for you to catch up with your favourite movies and series. Wooden ceelings, large windows and stylish decoration create a perfect atmosphere. You will love spending time here.

Next to the living room, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for your stay in Madrid. The space is very comfortable. All modern appliances are provided including oven, dish washer, clothes washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster all of them for your entire use, among others. The design is stylish and modern yet completely comfortable.
There is a dining table so you will be able to have a nice breakfast while planning your day in Madrid.
