House of 140m2 located in one of the tourist destinations par excellence of the Costa Daurada only 500m from the beach, 9km from Port Aventura and 14km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor and has a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue area. It has two bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds for four guests. There are two complete bathrooms with shower and bath, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, fans, winter heating, smartTV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, easy parking on the street and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
