About this property

Ideal location on Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle close to Saint-Tropez. 300m from the beach. Secure private gated community surrounded by pine forest & plenty of space for children. Master en suite bedroom & 2 rooms with shared bathroom.

The house has 3 dining areas. One in kitchen for 5ppl, one private patio covered dining area for 8ppl and one table for 10ppl at the front of house (not covered).

The Private patio also has a lounge area with sofa, sofa table and chairs. There is also a smaller covered lounge area at the front of house.

Internet Fiber (200mb+) & WIFI router. Nautical club w rental water sports equipment (300m). 800m walk to famous Club 55. Restaurants Gigi (with nursery) , Verde, La Reserve, Nikki Beach 10min walk.

This house is not a party place but suitable for dinners and apero with friends.

About the host

We are a family with 3 children and rent out the house while we travel. We are very active and enjoy the area through swimming, playing tennis, running/hiking, road cycling, mountain biking, surfing/paddle board and snorkeling.

Why they chose this property

This is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood.

What makes this property unique

There are not many houses in this area so close to the beach. I recently renovated the whole house and the front garden is now an area with more privacy than any other house in our area.
