5 bed house sleeps 10 Cardiff with parking

A modern 5 bedroom house spread across three floors. We have two dedicated parking spaces directly outside the front of the house with plenty of on street parking available for extra cars. As you enter the house on the ground floor you will find a cloakroom on your left and a double bedroom with tv on the right, theres also a downstairs w/c with sink and the kitchen/diner with small garden patio area at the rear with outdoor seating. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer and gas hob. Cupboards are fully stocked with glasses, cups, pots/pans and all the cooking utensils and crockery to prepare and eat a meal. We also supply dishwasher tablets, tea bags, sugar and coffee.
The first floor has a living room with a large grey sofa and an L shaped brown sofa and tv this room is overlooking the front of the house. Also on the first floor just off the landing you will find another bedroom with an ensuite shower room overlooking the back of the house. Continue up onto the second floor where you will find a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom, with a bathtub and over bath shower. Light and airy rooms with plenty of space for guests to spread around. Great place for contractors, families and groups. This is a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood and parties are strictly forbidden at the property.
All bed linens are provided and we also supply two bath towels per bedroom. Bathrooms are stocked with hand wash, shampoo and shower gel. There are also hand towels and bathmats in each bathroom. We provide one travel cot available for guest use in the top floor front bedroom. Please be advised you will need to climb stairs to get to the shower rooms and living room and there are no stair gates for guests travelling with young children. Heating is controlled by a thermostat in the hallway and you can adjust to suit your needs. The house has centrally wired smoke detectors on all floors which are sensitive so please take care when cooking.
