The space

Welcome to our warm Loughton home, boasting two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a charming garden, creating a serene escape with the convenience of city connections. Step inside to find a spacious living room where hardwood floors meet plush leather sofas, complemented by a modern TV entertainment setup perfect for cozy evenings. Venture upstairs to discover inviting bedrooms, featuring ample storage and mirrors reflecting natural light, ensuring a restful stay.

On the ground floor, the dining area opens up to a quaint garden, where a paved patio offers a peaceful spot for morning coffees or evening soirees. Though the dishwasher is not at hand, the kitchen is fully prepped for your dining adventures. The two bedrooms are on the first floor, with a separate bathroom.

History whispers in the very walls of this home, inviting you to make your own memories. Debden Station is a mere 35-minute tube ride from the buzz of central London, making it an ideal haven for city explorers.

Local attractions beckon with Jessel Green's verdant space a leisurely walk away, and the live music at Cottage Loaf Pub promises vibrant weekend nights within a stone's throw.

While our consumables are provided to start off your visit, nearby stores make it easy to replenish as needed.

Guest access

As our esteemed guests, you have exclusive access to the entire home, save for a few storage areas reserved for host use. The property features its own parking space, next to my car on the driveway, though we kindly ask you to be considerate of tight spaces for the comfort of our neighbors.

Check in and out times:
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Note that early check-in or late checkout may incur additional charges, and a £30 fee applies for non-compliance with the check-in/check-out schedule.

Consumables:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby (see our Guest Manual).
