Each bedroom is air-conditioned, equipped with its own bathroom, Smart TV, and access to a balcony. Three modern and luxurious rooms are located on the first floor, while the other two are on the third floor. The second floor of the villa extends into a spacious living area furnished with high-quality Italian furniture, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen designed according to the instructions of a professional chef. 

On the ground floor of the villa, you'll find a wine cellar with a kitchen, creating an ideal space for socializing. On this floor, there's also a wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage table, providing an opportunity to recharge your body and mind. The villa also offers a playroom with toys and a Playstation, a fully equipped gym, and a large office. The scent of olives provides an authentic Mediterranean ambiance, while the heated pool with loungers and a living area invites relaxation. 

The terrace with a dining table and barbecue is the perfect place for socializing with family and friends, offering a beautiful panoramic view.
