This modern and stylish studio has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The studio comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. The tranquil sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower over bath as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on a quiet road in central Newbury, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The main shopping district including high street stores, Newbury Market (Thursdays and Saturdays), 2x cinemas, the Corn Exchange Theatre and West Berkshire Museum are all within a short walking distance. There is a large Waitrose supermarket for your groceries just 5 minutes walk away, and Newbury Train station is less than 15 mins away on foot. From here you can catch a direct train to London Paddington in 40 minutes.

Getting Around:
You will be within walking distance of most shops, bars, restaurants and cafes and also a large supermarket. The Train Station is just a 15 minute walk away, or around a short taxi ride. Regular trains depart to London Paddington and take just 40 minutes. Trains to Reading take just 20 minutes.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
