Tastefully decorated, this beautiful apartment with 48m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and features an oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony to enjoy the view.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a flat-screen TV, so you can comfortably sleep or watch your favourite shows.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym, the children's playground and the swimming pool. Breakfast is not included.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Situated just 1.7 kilometres from the Cascais station and 2.8 kilometres from the Monte Estoril station, guests will find it easy to explore the surrounding area and beyond.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
