Bright apartment 7-minute walk from best beach in Cádiz

Located in a residential neighborhood, with a lot of commercial life and all services at hand, our apartment has the advantage of being quiet, while being all exterior and full of light and sun. Located very close to the beautiful Victoria Beach, it has everything you need to rest and relax at the end of the day.

The apartment is on the sixth floor with a lift. It consists of a living room with double glazing (which insulates against noise, cold and heat) and a 40' smart TV available to guests. Both the 3 bedrooms and the living room have a retractable ceiling fan with remote control and very quiet (essential for a good rest). In the main room there is a double bed and in the other two there are 3 more beds and a desk with a chair. The mattresses in all the beds are memory foam except for the one in the single room, although it is also very comfortable. The kitchen is functional and has appliances (ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine). The water heater is modern and runs on gas so you never run out of hot water. You will also be able to use all the dishes and kitchen utensils that we put at your disposal. The bathroom has a shower tray and a window that allows it to always be ventilated.

The apartment is just 7 minutes walk (700 meters) from Victoria Beach. The neighborhood is very well located and connected so getting to the center takes 15 minutes by bus. If you prefer to go for a walk, the walk takes 35 minutes. For grocery shopping, the Mercado de la Paz is a 1-minute walk away; you also have the Dia supermarket very close and the Mercadona 8 minutes walk away, which also has parking. On the other hand, the Puerta del Mar Hospital is a 5-minute walk away and there is a Pharmacy in front of the apartment.
