Luxury 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the grand union canal. Walking distance to the town centre with on street parking outside. This 200 year old building was sympathetically refurbished to provide luxury apartments. 2 Double bedrooms and open plan lounge, diner, kitchen With 2 double bedrooms and an open plan lounge dining area you will find this apartment spacious and comfortable. The lounge has a small dining table and a breakfast bar. The leather sofa is reclining for extra comfort. I live locally in Leamington Spa so am easily on hand for any questions or assistance. The building is 200+ years old and you are in the heart of old town. With a mix of bars, restaurants and quirky independent shops you will love the local vibe. Procaffinate is a great coffee shop and live music venue on the other side of the canal
