Very pretty old house completely renovated and insulated. Detached house with original beams and slabs of Burgundy to the ground. Comprising a separate kitchen dining room and living room opening onto a large south facing courtyard on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms, shower room and toilet upstairs. It offers a room with a 140 bed and a bedroom with 2 beds 90 which can be joined. In the satellite TV lounge, wood stove. Large private courtyard of 150 m2 accessible to cars. Very nice view of fruit trees and garden to the south.

Gîte très agréable

Cette maison de vacances à Marcenay est idéale pour explorer le Châtillonais. Le charmant jardin avec un bel étang (grenouilles ! salamandres ! couleuvre !) est un bon endroit pour se détendre. Agnès est une hôtesse correcte et charmante. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ici.

Jolie maison mais très mansardée à l'étage

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de notre hôtesse qui était présente à notre arrivée. Les explications sur le gîte nous ont données de façon très claire. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le pommeau de douche que notre hôtesse a réglé de façon très efficace. Malheureusement, nous avons dû écourter notre séjour d'une journée tellement nous avions mal au dos tous les 3. Nous mesurons respectivement 1,97 m, 1,77 m et 1,73 m et l'étage est entièrement mansardé (les 2 chambres, les wc et la salle d'eau). Nous ne pouvions pas nous tenir debout et devions, en plus, nous baisser régulièrement pour passer sous des poutres encore plus basses que le plafond mansardé. Résultat, au bout de 3 jours, nous avions tellement mal au dos que nous avons décidé d'écourter notre séjour d'une journée. Je fais toujours attention aux mansardes sur les photos car je sais que cela nous pose problème. J'ai bien vérifié avant de réserver ce gîte mais les poutres n'apparaissent sur aucune photo. Il ne m'était donc pas possible de me rendre compte à quel point les poutres allaient nous poser un problème. Des photos prises sous un autre angle auraient pu éviter notre noël gâché. Si vous êtes petits, jeunes et sans problème de dos, ce gîte est fait pour vous. Pour nous, restera le souvenir d'une mauvaise expérience.

Très bonne addresse dans un région très charmant

Un maison de charme, bien équipé et location très tranquille. Le vue nuit avec un ciel avec des nombreuses étoilles est extraordinaire.

Super endroit !

Location vraiment charmante dans un petit village. Le contact avec l'hôte était super. La maison est vraiment bien équipée et confortable. Le point fort étant la cour / jardin. Vraiment super.
