Hafan Hedd lives up to its Welsh translation of “Peaceful Retreat”. Although it is situated in the heart of Aberaeron, the surrounding brick walls bring an air of peace and tranquility to those who reside there.

The property was originally the stables for Tanyfron and converted to a residential property in 1996.It was totally refurbished recently, ensuring the property complies with modern requirements but maintains some of the original features such as the wooden beams in the living room and upstairs bedroom.

It is within a few minutes easy walk of the town, children’s play area in Parc y Fro, tennis and bowling club and beautiful walks along the river Aeron.


Layout

Enter the property into an open plan area containing the dining room and kitchen with adjoining utility room. Attached to the dining room is a comfortable conservatory and on the other side, a large sitting room. The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor, adjacent to the downstairs bedroom. The wooden stairway from the living room leads upstairs to the second bedroom with superking/ twin beds, ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

There is a covered walkway leading from the utility back door to the garden.
