About this property
Seaforth - Fabulous FAMILY HOUSE, seconds from the BEACH with stunning SEA VIEWS
Seaforth is a beautiful period town house, tucked away in an elevated position above The Gangway, leading down to the beach and with stunning sea views from nearly every window. This charming family home is the perfect place to escape the every day and immerse in 'beach life' of all kinds. Be that, building sandcastles with the little ones, surfing the waves, or strolling along the promenade; Cromer has it all.
The pretty row of painted houses is an iconic image of Cromer's Victorian heritage and Seaforth sits snugly in the midst of them; it's a lovely quiet spot, yet still just a few minutes stroll into the centre of Cromer. The house is arranged over three floors, with a charming sitting room and the kitchen diner on the ground floor; two bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor and three further bedrooms and a shower room on the second floor.
On entering the cottage from the pedestrian walkway to the front of the house, you are welcomed into the bright and comfortable sitting room. With sofas and armchairs arranged around the open fire, to cosy up with in the cooler months and a wall mounted TV. The room as French doors leading out to the courtyard garden to the front and leads back into the generous kitchen diner, to the rear. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for rustling up tasty suppers and with the dining table tucked in the kitchen too, it makes for super sociable food preparation and eating together. There is a dishwasher, free standing oven with grill and electric hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor, to the front of the house there is the first of the large double rooms, with a grand bay window looking out towards the sea, a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, pretty ornamental fireplace and a built in cupboard for clothes storage. Along the corridor is the family bathroom with a bath, separate shower enclosure, WC and wash hand basin. To the rear of the property is a pretty single bedroom with a window out to the rear, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
Up again to the second floor, there are three more bedrooms. To the front of the house is the second large double bedroom with bay window and far reaching sea views, a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and cupboard. Along the corridor is the shower room, with a mains pressure shower, WC and wash hand basin. To the rear of the property are the last two bedrooms. Another pretty single bedroom with a chest of drawers, bedside table and Velux window to the sky. Leading on from the single bedroom is the bunk bed room, tucked away at the rear, with a window, bedside table and cupboard for storage.
Outside
Approached from the walkway to the front, there is a pretty courtyard garden with benches and a table, to sit and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a glass of something delicious at the end of the day.
There is unrestricted parking on the street and the ability to stop outside the house to unload. Further free parking is available on nearby streets, or there is the long stay car park around 5 mins walk away where you can daily or weekly tickets and use at your leisure.
One four-legged friend is welcome, but there is a small charge of £25. Please let us know if you wish to bring a pet.
