Welcome to this nice basement apartment in central Visby with walking distance to everything! A very nice basement apartment in a quiet residential area with only a few hundred meters distance to the center and Visby Ringmur. Here is the accommodation with a perfect location for you who want a very comfortable distance to nice restaurants, shopping and nice walking paths by the sea and in Visby inner city. The owners live above the basement apartment. Via a staircase at the end of the house you reach your apartment. Please note that you don´t have access to the whole house. Just the basement. The first thing you see when you walk into the apartment is a cozy living room where kitchen, dining area and living room coexist. Nice dining table by the window and a kitchenette with two hotplates, kitchen fan, small fridge with freezer compartment and high chair. In this space there is also a comfortable sofa with TV. Further into the apartment you will find two bedrooms with two single beds in each room and a stylish bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. Parking on the driveway and on the street. Perfect for the small family or two couples. In Visby you have access to everything you need and a little more plus it is a perfect starting point to explore the rest of the island. Visby and Gotland are bursting with life and movement during the summer. In addition to Visby and Gotland offering a unique nature that is an experience in itself, there is also a large selection of several restaurants, cafes, cultural attractions and nice little shops. Take a walk along Visby Ringmur and stroll along the charming alleys in Visby's inner city that lead you down to the sea. Stop for a good bite to eat on the way and then enjoy an ice cream in front of the unbeatable sunset down by the promenade. Gotland has several magical sandy beaches to offer, the closest to you are the beaches Norderstrand, Gustavsvik and Snäck which are located in Visby about 7 minutes by car from the accommodation. A little further north on Fårö you have one of Sweden's finest beaches, namely Sudersand which is a must and if you go south is the famous Tofta Strand. Or why not go to Kneippbyn for a water park and to meet Pippi Longstocking or get a feeling of the Mediterranean at exotic Hällarna.
